REMOVAL OF WINTER AND SUMMER DECORATIONS


All decorations and flowers must be removed from the Monson Town Cemeteries by the 1st Saturday of April. Also, all summer decorations and potted plants must be removed from the Monson Town Cemeteries by the 1st Saturday following the 4th of July. Plants planted in the ground are allowed as long as they are maintained. If they are not maintained they will be removed at the discretion of the Superintendent.
REMINDER: Artificial flowers, glass containers and metal hangers are not allowed in the town maintained cemeteries.
Artificial flowers will be removed immediately, as the wire in them is extremely dangerous to the employees trimming around them.
