The following Holidays are observed by Allied Waste:
New Year’s Day Labor Day
Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day
Independence Day Christmas Day
When a holiday falls on a Monday, all scheduled pickups will be delayed by one day.
When a holiday falls on any other day of the week, everything from the holiday on will be delayed by one day. For example: Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday, Thursday collection will be delayed until Friday and Friday collection will be on Saturday.
Any holiday other than those mentioned above are treated as regular work days and all collections will occur as scheduled.
The First week of January 2012 is a Recycling week- the schedule continues through the year with the Recycling being collected every other week
