Do Not Call Law Information
On January 1, 2003, Massachusetts General Law Chapter 159c went into effect. This legislation, better known as the "Do Not Call" law, allows consumers to register their phone numbers to prohibit receipt of certain telephone solicitations. The Do Not Call Registry list is collected and maintained by the Executive Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations.
