Monson Town Offices/Police Facility Building Committee

At its meeting of May 22, 2012, the Monson Board of Selectmen VOTED to create a Building Committee to oversee either the design and construction of a new Town Office/Police Facility or to oversee the repairs of the existing building, depending on the outcome of the June 26, 2012 debt exclusion override ballot referendum. In either scenario, the Town is seeking the input and assistance from volunteers serving on a Building Committee. It is expected that either scenario will require approximately two years for all work to be completed.

Any resident interested in helping the Town by serving on this committee is asked to forward a letter of interest either to the Town Administrator at townadmin@monson-ma.gov or to Monson Board of Selectmen, 29 Thompson Street, Monson, MA 01057 preferably by June 12, 2012.
