The mission of the Monson Police Department is to maintain the quality of life that makes the Town of Monson such a great place to live. The Monson Police Department will devote its resources to address the needs of the community through cooperative partnerships with residents to prevent criminal activity and prosecute offenders. The officers and employees of the department will maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and work ethic while fulfilling this mission.

Hours of Operation:

Our lobby is normally staffed Tuesday-Friday from 1pm-5pm and on Saturday from 9am-2pm to handle walk-ins. Outside of these hours, visitors may need to wait until an officer can be dispatched to the station as needed. There are a number of forms available in our lobby and online (see Department Forms link above) that can be completed and returned by mail or deposited into a drop box that is located in the lobby. Most are self explanatory and do not require an officer's assistance. License to carry applications, including payment to the Town of Monson, should also be deposited into the drop box.
